Refund policy
Joann & Sisters primarily offers digital products, services, support plans and custom work.
Because of the nature of these offers, standard physical returns are generally not applicable.
1. Physical products
If physical products are offered in the future, any return conditions will be specified on the relevant product page or otherwise communicated at the time of purchase.
2. Digital products
Digital products are delivered electronically and may be accessible immediately after purchase.
If the customer is a consumer within the European Union, they normally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days for distance purchases. However, in the case of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the customer expressly agrees to immediate performance and acknowledges that, once delivery or access has begun, they may lose their right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, purchases of digital products are non-refundable.
3. Services and custom work
For services, consulting, custom work and support plans, no refund is due for work already performed, time already reserved, or any billing period that has already started, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
If a customer wishes to cancel a service before work has started, this is subject to the specific terms agreed for that service.
If a confirmed custom project is cancelled by the customer, all work already performed must be paid, with a minimum of 10% of the total quoted amount.
4. Recurring support plans
Recurring support plans are billed according to the billing frequency shown at checkout.
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, no refund is due for any billing period that has already started.
If a minimum commitment period applies, cancellation before the end of that term is not possible unless required by mandatory law.
